Mondays Featured Artist : Silvia Pelissero aka =agnes-cecile

I think it’s impossible to not run into her art , especially if you follow a decent art blog.  Silvia Pelissero is an Italian woman who loves traditional art.  Her medium of choice is watercolors.  If you see a watercolor piece but you’re not sure how the hell that isn’t digitally manipulated and has so much color and emotion, then you’re probably looking at some of her work.
